  • Drink tap water on routine basis: The water that flows from the tap is usually rich in fluorine. It’s worth drinking to avoid cavity formation in the teeth.
  • Eat fresh, green, crunchy fruits and vegetables: Fresh, green fruits and vegetables are helpful to keep your teeth and the gums healthy. Make sure to include some green and crunchy fruits and vegetables in your everyday diet.
